41 year old woman had undergone several previous breast augmentation surgeries by another surgeon. She had asymmetry and a high position of her breast implants. She had her saline breast implants (Mentor Siltex 400 cc on Right, 250 cc on Left) removed and replaced with Silicone gel implants (Inamed Style 15 397 cc silicone gel on Right, and Inamed Style 10 330 cc silicone gel implant on Left with submuscular implant placement through Periareolar (around the lower one half of the areola) incisions.
