46 year old woman desired a breast lift and an increase in size of both breasts. She underwent a Mastopexy Augmentation by the vertical mastopexy technique with placement of Mentor 375cc smooth, round, saline implants in the subpectoral pocket bilaterally. Post operative results are shown at 3 months.
