21 year old woman with breast asymmetry and desire for increase breast size underwent placement of 390cc implant on her right side, and a 450cc implant on her left side. Both saline implants are smooth, round and were placed in a sub muscular pocket. 
A crescent masropexy was performed on the right breast.
